★★★★★“The room was great, very clean and comfortable, and we particularly loved the little balcony. The service, however, was a little underwhelming. It was quite slow and not particularly warm or welcoming, so while everything was perfectly fine, we never really felt like valued guests. Overall, a pleasant stay mainly thanks to the lovely room and location.”
★★★★★“Good points: Location was spot on. 5mins walks to the Esplanade for bars, food, beach, restaurants etc. Staff couldn't have been more helpful! They were amazing. Rooms were airy and clean with all the amenities. Air conditioned, huge, super, comfy beds! I was lucky enough to have a balcony over the square which was a bonus. The roof top bar is an ideal place to have pre dinner drinks and nibbles.||Negatives: Buffet breakfast was plentiful and full of choice. But at 20 euro pp its over priced! For a family of 4, paying 80E is unacceptable! Not surprised it was mostly empty. This something the hotel needs to look into needs to. There are plentiful other places nearby offering breakfast.||Overall.... an amazing hotel. Super clean and modern. Close the beach, Esplanade, bars.”

I was a bit concerned after entering our room as it overlooked the square with the Christmas statues but have to say that the sound proofing was excellent. Even the door to the room and wardrobe doors were soft close, much better than being woken up by early morning traffic at Hospes Amerigo! To be fair though Hospes roof terrace is bigger and more comprehensive!”
